- अगर आप खाली पेट सुबह पानी में शहद डालकर पी रहे हैं तो पानी में शहद डालकर उबालें नहीं बल्कि आंच बंद करने के बाद पानी को गिलास में डालकर तब उसमें एक चम्मच शहद मिलाकर पिएं ।
- इसी तरह उबलते हुए दूध में शहद ना डालें बल्कि दूध को उबालकर उसे कुछ देर सामान्य तापमान तक ठंडा कर लें । जब दूध गुनगुना रहे तब उसमें शहद मिलाकर पिएं । हालांकि उलटी करने में गर्म शहद का प्रयोग किया जा सकता है क्योंकि उलटी के दौरान शहद शरीर से बाहर निकल जाता है ।
- शहद और गाय के घी को कभी भी एक बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर ना खाएं । एक बराबर मात्रा की बजाय अगर आप शहद और घी की अलग-अलग मात्रा को साथ में मिलाकर खाएं तो यह बहुत अधिक उपयोगी होता है ।
